pry harder... it's just a circlip... or the axle is rusted in. get a bigger pry bar, or use a hammer on the prybar

try taking 2 nice sized flat head screw drivers. Hammer them in oposite sides. Get 2 pairs of vise grips and have you and a friend twist at the same time. This has worked for me every time.

Turn the axle in 45* increments and try pry on it. You are going to have a really hard time getting the axle out if the clip on the end of the axle stub is facing up. Once you get the clip facing down the axle should come out without allot of effort.

If that fails then try a Balljoint fork and a hammer.

hmm so I take it to get a axle in easier have the clip facing down...aha I'm gonna try that tomorrow. I was having a hella time tonight trying to get the axle to snap in.

if you can get something to go into the other side where the drivers side axle goes, in you could tap it out with a hammer. Like a 3/8" drive extension.

Are you sure you have the right sized axles? Unless you are just trying to get yours back in LOL. When I was replacing mine, I went through 3 sets of axles before just getting them rebuilt. Napa tried to help me out, but all the auto part stores books are messed up for our axles haha.
