ON an AWD 95 Talon are both front axels the same size or is one longer then the other?

They are compltely different from each other. The driver side axle has a center shaft that connects to the tranny. its 2 pieces. the passenger side is only 1 piece.

Well i know about the intermediate shaft what about the actual axels, is there a way that one can fit in the other side?

No because the driver side axle has a female end for the intermediate shaft to go into and the passenger side has a male end to go into the transmission.
