I was looking at drilled and slotted rotors for my 99 eclipse gst. They have raybestos rotors for $35 dollars each but they are 10.555" and for a GSX. Will these rotors fit with my GST calipers or do i need the AWD calipers?

Yep. Your best bet would be to upgrade the whole brake system to twin-piston (GSX, Sigma etc have this size) since it's a cheap and easy mod and the stock brakes just suck. Slotted rotors don't always make better break power...

So if i purchase awd calipers for the front, do i need new brake lines or any special hardware? And then when i go to purchase pads, i just purchase it for which ever year the awd calipers came off of?

when it comes to the brakes you have to buy the pads and rotors from the car you got the brakes from. Keep in mind that you'll need calipers AND caliper brackets since the brackets from GSX are bigger, too.
