I got an Autometer short sweep electric oil pressure gauge, i remote mount it in the firewall but its not reading at all.
Should the ground that comes out of the back of the gauge be grounded near the gauge? or its OK inside the cabin? also should i ground the body of the sender because its not mounted directly in the engine?
