autometer boost gauge

alright so i just got my auto meter boost gauge and i noticed that it doesnt have a T fitting. alright cool i can go pick up one at napa or whatever right, but what about the 1/8" connector that puts the nylon tubing to the T fitting. anyone know where i can pick one of those up..

I found all the adapters and fittings I needed to install an Autometer boost gauge at Pep Boys in the vacuum hose fittings section. You should have the same results at any decent auto parts store. Take the gauge and instructions with you to make sure the parts you buy fit properly.

I don't know if you want to go this route, but you could buy a "mechanic boost gauge install kit" which comes with a long peices of vaccuum hose (like the ones on your engine already) zip ties, the t- fitting, and the fitting for the back of the gauge you need as well as a few feet of extra wiring for the light bulb. the kit only cost me like 10 dollars, I bought it because I didnt want to use the peice of junk they send with the autometer gauge.

otherwise a parts store with have the stuff you need in the vaccuum hose section

The nylon tubing didn't even make it out of the box when I installed mine. I went out and picked up the female 1/8" barb fitting and used regular vacuum line like the other guys said.

Exactly, throw that crap nylon hose in the garbage. Get some silicone vacuum hose, a 1/8" npt brass barb fitting and a small barbed t & your set
