I have a 98 spyder gs with 130k miles on. I bought the car in April and everything ran fine. A few months ago the transmission started to not shift. At all. I did research and a lot of people were saying that it is probably a bad input/output speed censor. I went ahead and replaced it and the car ran fine for a week or so. After that, the transmission start to not shift again. It sat after that until now. Today I come to find out that the battery is completely dead. I knew it was bad before but I didn't think anything of it. Is there anything else that could be wrong to make it not shift or could it be that the bad battery was causing it? I have no experience working with cars so I'm sorry if I sound stupid.
