2G ASPX WB AFR gauge

I have a wideband aspx afr gauge. It is stuck in calibrate mode and I can't get it out of it. Any help?

They claim that a 3 year-old can calibrate their wideband.

I guess it uses a magnet to trigger the mode.

Yea that's what they say and I have contacted them their tech support guy is a dick. It goes to where it counts up to 19 then goes back to cycling through a0-a6
