Are my fuel trims off?

Having just installed a Walboro 255hp and AFPR, all 3 fuel trims seem to be going off the wall. My High and Low are at 119% and the Mid is creeping up the more I run the car. It started around 104% just after I did the install and now it's heading up towards the other 2, at 112%.

I understand that the higher these numbers are the ECU is getting the signal that I'm running lean and it's adding fuel to compensate. From the info', I've been able to get from the threads and my pocketlogger, 120% is max for 1g's. If this is the case I'm at the max( or near as can be) once I hit this the ECU can't add any more fuel to compensate and I'll be running lean at boost. I've dialed down the boost from 15 to 13 psi and it helped with the knock, by coming down a couple of counts.

So what could be causing this or am I interpreting this information wrong. I don't want to keep this thing running lean and would like to bump the boost back up to get the max power out the motor.

As a comparison before the fuel pump and AFPR install, I was running about 118 x 3 on the fuel trims.

Yeah, did all the free mod's. long time ago and have a Dejon Intake with a K&N filter on the MAF. From my readings and previous posts, it looks like I'm getting air flow in the right range, but some guys wondered about MAF over-run, but I think I'm okay on that front.

What puzzles me is the rapid change from 100% after I reset the ECU. I figured that the ECU would at least slowly add the fuel to compensate, but I mean, the last run the trims all started to climb as soon as I hit the gas pedal. So I can't help but wonder if I have abigger problem, that I'm not seeing.

What really P's me off is, that the mod's I've done are pretty much exactly what this site says I should do and foregoing the ECU and Injector upgrades I have done everything that should push the upper end of "stage one" mod's. That being said I know I have to replace the lifters and I'll do that when I tear the engine down later this year for a over bore and re-gasket.

Yup!! did the re-wire at the same time the pump was installed. Battery is fairly new, but alternator is original, as far as I can tell.

Will look into it.

Thanks

Hey thanks for the offer.
I am in San Francisco, today and will be back in the Charlotte area by Monday and I'm off all week.
Maybe we can hook up sometime and you can tell me what you think.

PM me or email when you'd be around. We can work out the best place to meet.
