AR options

I'm trying to pick a new turbo and wondering what would benefit a 2.3 stroker more.

A t3 with options: .63, .82, 1.06

or a t4 with .70

To further refine my question, I've found both .70 and .82 on the T4. So that all but eliminates T3 now, since I've been told T4 is the better choice.

But on a 2.3 stroker only revving to ~8k, would there be any gain with the .82 over a .70, or would it be more lag for not much gain?

Also can someone point me towards either 4 bolt or vband o2 housing options?
