IF you own an APexi World sport exhuast have you ever had any problems with it scrapping. I was looking the the gallery and saw the Apexi ws on a few talons and it looks like the muffler sits kinda low away from the bumper. Also does an eclipse bumper cover the exhuast better or does it look the same.

Never had a problem on my on my GSX. This is the original 2g AWD WS exhaust and the car is not lowered. I'm unsure how different the WS2 is since I haven't seen one yet but chances are it's pretty close.

It looks a little low from a low angle, but from a regular angle it looks fine.

how quiet are those? im looking for an extremely quiet exhaust system. thx

well i have it right now with no cat and stock DP and it sounds nice. Its not a ricer exhaust

Well after lookin at both cars with the exhuast i see that kmartind's tip looks closer to the bumper than dsm4life's on his talon. thats what i really meant ( the closeness of the tip to the bumper).

Personaly i like the rsr better. When i was picking my exhuast i was going for quite and the rsr seemed to win in everything just a tad from searches i did.

Its almost the same as the WS by the way.

Could be the hangers or angle of the pictures taken. You can't go wrong with that system, though.

Will The Apexi N1 downpipe bolt up to this exhaust?
Should bolt up just fine. The Apexi downpipes account for the extra length needed due to the optional neck-down adapter that allows their cat backs to bolt up to the stock cat if desired. RRE's downpipes are also designed this way to bolt up to Apexi cat backs, but some others are not. If you want to run a high flow cat and be able to swap it out for a test pipe an RRE-style setup works great. If you want it to be fairly quiet and pass emissions without a hassle a cat may be necessary, but it hurts your top end and spool (though it can also help prevent creep for the same reason).

I have the dunk 115 and it actually has maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch less clearance it appears than the world sport and I think i have touched it maybe 1 time and that was on a parking "stoppie" backing in...

the nose on a 2gb talon has a lot less clearance than the muffler does, so you wont really get the chance to scrape the muffler.

If you back into a spot (I almost exclusively do if it has stoppies) just dont back all the way in and you will be fine.

Bolts up perfect I have the exact setup Apexi WS-Apexi N1 downpipe on my 95 GSX sounds great alittle low tone at low RPM until you get on it then it sound very nice and had a good HP boost from it not sure how much exacly but it did make a difference. Watch for boost spikes with the downpipe & cat-back together. Good luck. Peace. :thumb:

i'd be more concerned about scraping the nose . 2wds are an inch lower than the awd and i scrape my nose on driveway entrances and such
