Apexi Turbo Timer Feature Question

Well, I have installed and got my turbo timer working and it's awesome. I had read the instruction booklet in and out and cannot find why I would want to change the A/F Value or the 02 Sensor Voltage Settings. I see the data charge and if one thing is one number to change the other setting to match the chart... Any help would be appreciated and if any of you do have the same turbo timer, where did you mount it? (Pics would be great!)

Other than the actual timing, and battery voltage, I don't see it being helpful in any other way. however, do ask around about that.
