apexi super grounding unit

Yeah I guess you could say it looks like a spider web after you get it all set up. I have some questions though on location to mount the unit itself...it doesn't seem like there is enough cable length to reach the alternator. Anybody using this or who has seen it on a DSM, please help me out!!

Would this also help with stereo feedback or whining noise thru speakers ?

Eboy, thank you very much for that site. He's using a different setup than I am, but it still shows me the grounding points that I needed, so I should be good to go. Thanks again!

And Rookie, yes this should improve every electrical component for your car, EVEN take away some of the power loss for when you use the air conditioning.

Holy ****, I can't believe how well this kit works! This kit fixed like 3/5 of my problems!! I just installed it today and I didn't think it'd do much it looked as if it was just for show, gold colored and whatnot, but boy what I wrong!
I followed the guide in the DIY, grounding the kit to the appropriate locations, including alternator and manifold. When I started the car, it even sounded completely different, no pause or surge I used to get when first cranking the car, this + my optima redtop make the world of a difference, once I get her on the road I'll have more results.
But for now, no more light dimmer, I can drop idle to 800 rpm without sputter or flickering lights. I'm piss happy, that this 15$ product did so much!
Definitely recommended.

I also just installed one fo these gadgets. As so far...its just fricken ugly. Translucent blue wires all over the fracking place. But my lights don't dim as much and I've yet to hook it up to the alternator where the biggest gains will be seen.

I think I'm going to remove most of the wires that cna be seen, paint the remaining ones black and just make sure I have one good ground to the engine, one to the TB, one to the body and one to the alternator.
Then I will add a fused additional alternator wire to the positive side.

Glad it works but to much wiring all over the place

Yeah no kidding! I'm trying to eliminate clutter, not add to it. I've got a yellow top and no electrical problems whatsoever with aftermarket sound system, wideband, gauges, manumatic, radar, tt, meth pump, viper alarm, indiglos, and probably a half dozen other things grounded in my car. No dimming, nothing.
