apexi neo (need help with karman signal wire)

I have been trying to install my apexi neo into my 92 eagle talon awd. I got everything hooked up but im not sure about the karman signal wire. I wired the brown and black wires from the neo into the Air Flow Sensor (pin10) but im not getting any readings besides "--". Also, wouldnt my car start to missfire as soon as I cut the Air Flow Sensor wire (pin10)?

Did you make sure there in the right order? ie, the correct harness wire to neo then neo to ecu?

yes, im pretty sure. I was just wondering if pin10 was the correct wire for the karman signal.

No 10 is ignition. 90 is maf...

Just wondering where are the 6 bolt rods stronger, pin end...crank end.... mid section or all three. Beingeing hearvier are they reall worth it in a lower power build, 350 ish hp.
