aPexi N1 exhaust clearance/vibrating frame issue.

alright so this is my issue that I fixed but I couldnt find other topics related. I had my car 1 year, always vibrated in the rear. Finally found out that the exhaust is pushed against the frame, near the rear diff. I will take pics when I get time but did the previous owner do something wrong? If I push down on the exhaust canister I have about 1/4 of an inch space. Cheap fix gets cheap results, I cut up my old timing belt and placed it between the frame and exhaust but I don't think it should be that way

tomorrow I will get pics so you can better understand my situation, it is a complete 3" catback, with an evo 3 housing.

Bend the brackets for the hangers either on the car or on the exhaust so it sits lower. Loosen the bolts where it connects to the DP an roll it one way or the other should be wiggle room!

Its your Evo 3 housing. They are at a different angle then stock. So it pushes your exhaust system out of whack.

I have the same exhaust on my car and it rubs on the rear frame as well. I took a cutoff tool and cut some of the hanger on the exhaust off so that it doesn't rub or rattle anymore.

I have the factory O2 housing on my car as well.
