Wait a second before you go out and buy. I bought a full Apexi n1 system off a friends 98 gsx to put on my 97 tsi. I had to cut the flange off and weld it on a different angle because the o2 housing's are different. The gsx also has hangers in different spots then the tsi. It will fit with a bit of work, but it fits like crap. Im taking mine off and selling it. You want it :thumbdown
