Anyway to rebuild ISC?

I have i bad ISC on my talon and all the scrap jards i go to the dsm there all have bad ISC aswell (tryed 3 times) the dealer wants 600 dollars so i said screw that i was wondering if theres any way to rebuild them ?????????
