Anything Mitsu to replace wheel caps?

I have these stick on center labels on my wheels that say "ultra", it's 2 3/4" diameter, can anyone think of a mitsu badge that I could replace it with about that size? Like with a diamond star on it or something.

Remove the ultra sticker and bolt a 5-inch spike in it's place like Grease. That'll teach those damn kids to stay out of your blindspot.
