Sorry if this is off-topic, but I'm pretty pissed about this kid.

He bought my engine and came to remove it, all good, but when he took off he took my t04b turbo, slowboy manifold and 3" intake without me noticing. He needed a turbo but I told him I can't sell it cause I'm keeping it for my new car. So I'm basically out 500 bucks at least, and he's laughing.

His name is Chris, and his buddy's name I think is Frank. They're pretty skinny young kids, early 20's at the most. They're apparently from the Riverside area, drove a white Toyota monster truck. He has a 1g that he broke the timing belt on for the second time. His cell is 951-776-7907.

If anyone knows this kid, let me know. We can warn the rest of the members at the least.

Thanks. Sorry for the negative post :)

I guess you were wrong ;) I just figured it's the best way to identify him.

Nobody knows this thief?

Call your local authorities regarding this issue! File a report regarding theft.

Good luck:dsm:

I'm assuming you've called him? Leave a message and mention getting the police involved and he might respond.

I have called him, of course he won't pick up or return my messages. Police is my next step, hopefully they'll go after him with the little info I have. I mean the phone number is a pretty positive ID, but I'm not sure if privacy laws make it less useful.

The more I think about it the more pissed I am at this mofo. I gave him an insane deal, a full working 6-bolt with all the accessories that just drops in, with a good act2600 clutch, all for $450. I think that's a steal already, and then he steals my other shit that's worth well over 450 in itself... Some people...

Did you make out a reciept for the motor? If not, Screw him back. Call the cops NOW and said EVERYTHING has been stolen, And you know who has done it, And who has ALL of your parts.

LOL! That's a great idea.:rocks:

Hell of a shit head move. I agree with claiming everything stolen. Good luck!

I don't see how you guys think that's a plausible story. Plus he'd find this post and I'd be busted :p

It's not that easy to take an entire engine without my consent, and if it was stolen, I should have reported it right away. I should have reported the turbo too but I didn't even think I'd have a case. I'll give it a shot anyway.
