Anyone down to help??

I just bought a 1990 talon awdt and its not running neither i nor the guy i bought it from knows whats exactly wrong with it so one of these weekends i was gonna get soem friends together and i was hoping someone who knows more about them can be there. Im gonna be doing a new fuel pump and other little thing but its mostly to find out what i need and someone to answer general questions thanks

What's it doing or not doing? Is it starting at all? Is it turning over? When you put the key in and turn it, do you get the electrical response that you should?
