Anybody have black weatherstripping on doors?

I'm almost done with my all black interior conversion. Carpet, headliner, dash, door panels, etc. is done or almost there. Anyways, I still have the gray waetherstripping when you open the door, and I don't like it. I looked through the catalog at http://www.mitsubishiparts.com but only found gray and tan weatherstripping available. The 99's that came with all black interiors surely must have had black weatherstripping - right?

Does anyone have black weatherstripping on your car? I need to know if they ever made it. Thanks!

I doubt it helps you but my 90 laser has black. If you totally cant find any, have you considered Dying yours? SEM makes a great dye that might work.

Hey ive got a 98 GS with black weatherstripping and it is all getting replaced with black again so they definately make it....But where I dont know my bodyshop got it for me.

Mine came w/ black and i replaced it w/ black straight from mitsu. Its really not that hard to find.

You guys are talking about this piece, right? It goes from behind the kickpanel all the way around to under the door sill trim. If so, can sombody PLEASE PM me thier VIN so I can call and get some ordered? Thanks!
