I was following a couple of threads a few months ago about Yonaka coilovers which seem to have been a newer but well backed and affordable coilover setup. Just curious if anyone has tried them yet and if so what do you think of them? I haven't seen any updates from anyone who purchased them from the original thread: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/ven...a-motorsports-coilover-kit-499-99-2g-dsm.html

I'll be giving them a try on my other 2g and I'll give feedback and compare them to the Eibach sportline/Tokico Illumina combo I have currently. In the mean time though any feedback from those of you who have them or have had experience with them would be very useful information for those interested in a budget coilover setup.

I wasn't really sure where to put this thread so please move it accordingly if necessary.

My friend has the coilovers installed on her 97 tsi awd. I got the chance to drive it. In my opinion it performs well, just a tad bit stiff over bumps and pot holes. On a smooth road, it drives very well, not to bouncy and not to stiff. I'm going to buy these coilovers and I would also recommend this to others.
