Everyone keeps saying that it's coming, but no word on when. Anyone have a more up to date release. This is like waiting for GT4. What the hell, just get it out already!

Umm, it's the middle of July and DSM Link has nothing on their website. I hope the cost is less than the 2g! That's a little outragious, but it is a quality product and well worth it compared to the alternatives. Is there anyplace other than DSMLink.com that i can find a production date?

Have you called or e-mailed dsmlink, I'm sure they would be the ones that would know the best.

I would just wire up a 2g version into a 1g. The 1g version, if it ever materializes, won't be able to have all of the same features that the 2g version already has (and the 2g version already has a plethora of support and information for it in the DSMLink forum archives). I don't remember what the last word from Tom and Dave was, but I thought they were going to be focusing on the 2g version at least for the time being. They definitely are busy enough with that alone... they're always adding new features and tweaking the client.

And yes, DSMLink is a little expensive, when you add up the price plus an ECU if you don't have an EPROM but it's well worth it. I've seen no other option out there that allows you to tweak the stock fuel and timing curves, as well as set the rev limiter and a stutterbox, control nitrous, allow logging of o2, provide anti-lag feature, and do a whole lot more all with the stock sensors, wiring, and ECU.
