Any Use for This?

I came across a laser heat gun and was just wondering if there is anything i could actually use this for. I did mess around with the intercooler and i/c pipes before and after the i/c but is that about all I can use it for. I also used it on the exhaust manifold and turbo. I am looking for some ideas.

If you know someone with aftermarket urethane that doesn't fit well, you could probably heat it up and remold it. Buy a bunch of heat shrink tubing and go nuts with it. :laugh:

You could use it on your brakes, or audio equipment.....

So far i've used it on just about everything that heats up on a car but i was more interested if there was something that could actually be useful if i knew the temp of it.

tires, brakes, intake piping. the only real use i could see would be with modifications such as phenolic spacers, intercoolers, or cold air intakes to try and see a difference between a before and after type modification. like just how much does the phenolic spacer help your intake manifold temps after installe, how much cooler is your air filter if you wall it off from the rest of your intake, do my custom built brake ducts help much at all. ideas like that i suppose.
