Any unique exhaust ideas?

I posted on this topic before hoping for some feedback, but didn't see much. I would like to hear some opinions and ideas from anybody who has one. I am mainly interested in finding out if I could somehow make a custon "side pipe" exhaust/muffler setup (based on the old corvette stingray designs). Feel free to lend your 2 cents, but please don't flame this topic (Not to mention that was the nature of nearly all responses to my last post).

Its pretty easy just have the exhaust dump out the side of your car instead of the back. There is a local guy with a turbo car that has side exhaust. Kinda neat i guess.

Side exhaust can be very loud if you have ever driven in a car with one, you would know what I mean. But either way its not hard like posted before, just route it to the side, you may have to worry about heat issues depending on where and how it dumps out. IMO

yea its nothing hard to do just custom 90* bend piping
