any tricks to getting the metal ring out of the motor mount?

wondering if there is a trick to getting the metal ring out of the rear motor mount i got all the rubber out but cant get the ring out

One thing I've done before is to use a hacksaw to cut through the ring and then peel up one corner and away it goes.

Or you could take it to a place that has presses. Shouldn't cost that much.
