I was wondering if my turbo hit the shitter because it puffs out white smoke i checked the shaft play and it moves back and forth not much but a little should there be any shaft play at all and also i found oil in my intercooler pipes or is it a blown headgasket i was also told it shoots ut the smoke under full boost

If you've got a pool of oil in your LICP and IC then it's the turbo seals. When your car is smoking you need to watch your coolant and oil levels to see what kind of fluid it's burning.
You should have a pint or two of oil in your pipes if it's the turbo.
Other possibilities are piston rings and valve stem seals. Run a compression test to check the rings, a leakdown test to check the valve seals.
It may be caused by excessive crankcase pressure which leads to oil blow by. Replace the pcv if this is the case. If you're losing coolant and not oil, a compression test will tell you if it's your head gasket.
Blue smoke - oil
White smoke - coolant
Grey/Black smoke - fuel

You need to verify the fluid levels and the color of the smoke.
