Another timing thread

OK so i just bought a new 6 bolt engine three days ago an everything looks good except the camshaft timing marks, the balance shaft oil, an crank are all lined up perfect.
So question is is this ok? when i turn the crank it turns freely i dont hear anything inside touching, so just wantin to no if it ok or what could be the reason why its like this.

That doesnt look correct. It could be just he angle, but your lines dont look center and the dowel pins dont look like they are pointed up 90.

Yeah its hard to tell between the picture quality and the angle, but that doesnt look right

Put a straight edge across the cam gears and see if the two timing marks (the two in the middle) and the outer marks (you have marks that look like timing marks on the opposite sides of the cam gears) line up when the crankshaft gear is dead on. If they all do not line up, then timing is off.

ok thanks..ill try an get better pictures. Ya everything on the block is dead on, but both cams one kinda sits at the 4 oclock position an the other one at 8oclock position.
ive just never seen them like that an everything spends freely..but ill update in alittle, thanx
