Another Method of Searching

I know a lot of you try to search, but the system can be clumsy, even with the "Google Custom" search. There's a third way, and probably the best way (the way I always use) and it's simply:

Going to google.com
adding "site:dsmtuners.com" (minus quotations) before your search text.

This will limit results to this site and for some reason works quite a bit better than the Google Custom feature. Feel free to move or remove this thread as needed, it's just based on an my observations that most people didn't seem to know about this. The modifier "site:" will of course work with any site and can make your entire searching experience much easier.

the most common thing I do is make a "new post" and then type in the Title area and hit tab. This is a pretty cool new trick though too!

Tapatalk's search function is useless. I can never find anything while using this app.

When you use this sites search feature, set it to "Titles Only" instead of "All Posts" before you hit "Search" that way you don't get an overwhelming amount of search results. That's what I do anyway
