another idle bounce question

Would a bad ISC cause the check engine light to come on? Damn idle bounce has set it..

Actually, i dont think there is a check engine light for the isc.

I don't know, I don't have anything to read the codes.. Right now, this thing seems so effed, I'm sure it could be several different things. Just trying to narrow down the options through reasoning. I need a logger...
