Okay so here is my problem ill give all specifics to. I have a 1996 eclipse gst i bough of a guy who did a rebuild of the engine it supposedly has only about 275 miles on the motor. My idle was surging pretty bad going from 800 to 1000 to 0 lights dimming engine light still on. SO i replaced the alternator and fixed wiring to battery. Lights and dimming fixed. Idle was fixed to or so i thought. Few days later idle surge started again. Now when im driving and shifting no drop or anything. But when i drop to neutral or push clutch in to stop goes to about 200 or stalls. I have to keep rev or will stall. Now i put ngk wires in with the ngk spark plugs gaped to .029. Wastegate is not working im has dejon intake the exhaust is not connected but its on. Now could this be the isc, dirty throttle body, bad o2 sensors or intake leak? Also i sadly in my apartment don't have the space or i would work on it myself so whats the best route i should take to solve this? Pretty much only problems with this car as of now. Are this idle surge and a wastegate that does not work!:banghead::banghead:

Def helped alot i figure it out just needed to clean the mad and throttle body, and just put on a new isc. From it being so old the guy thought it be good to do everything but basic maintenance, go figure!
