Alright,
i've been searching for hours, and i haven't found a definite answer on how to fix the power locks. Right now, i don't have the 10a fuse in, because if i leave it in, my battery will be dead in the morning. When i put the fuse in, i hear the click in the center consule. I hit the lock and unlock button, and all i get is a click. It doesn't move the locks at all. I've heard all sorts of suggestions from actuators, to relays, to dirt build up.
I've looked under the door panels, and there doesn't seem to be any dirt.
When i turn the key on the outside, i also hear a click from behind the drivers seat. is that the alarm control? Would that have anything to do with my locks not working. I don't have an alarm on the vehicle right now, but i think the person who owned it before me did, and took it out when he sold it.
before i go out and spend loads of money on an actuator, i would like to know if it is the actuators that are the problem.
Will any aftermarket actuator fit on the dsms?
If you have had problems with your doorlocks, and you fixed them, please post here saying how you fixed them.
