another horn wiring question

where do I start, well my horn hasn't worked since I bought the car and i couldn't figure out why. oh by the way I have an aftermarket steering wheel on the car. well I proceed to take the wheel off and find that the horn isn't even hooked up at all. I then try to find the wiring for the horn and upon doing some research I notice that I have no clockspring that would normally house the wires for the horn. and that is where I get stumped, the only loose wires I see under the dash in that area are a 2 prong red plug and a 3 prong white plug. Now I've searched on hear to see if those 2 connectors are for the airbag and horn or not and couldn't pull up anything. If not could someone tell me what i should be looking for?

I'm pretty sure the red is airbag. But don't quote me on that.

Ok if the red is the air bag how do I wire the other one because it has three wires? I tested them and I assume the middle is ground one was 12v and I didn't get any from the other.

when I did mine 4 years ago I just had to splice into it and run the power wire to the button

The wire for the horn is green with red stripe. To make sure the horn actually works, you can ground that wire and the horn should sound off.

I'm thinking that white connector is for the cruise control lever

it does work the horn. But it might run the cruise to.

ok so I figured out my horn wires but I'm trying to relocate the cruise control lever and need to know ho to wire it. if anyone has a pic of how the clockspring connector connects to the cruise switch it would help. Or if some one can tell me what color wires match up. I got a black wire and yellow wire coming of the switch and black/white wire and a blue wire off the connector to the clockspring. can anyone tell me which wire goes where?
