OK well, after I get her running good, 3 days later, the CEL comes back on. I ran the code and I get a 31, Evap system fault. I have new plugs and a new fuel filter, and I still throw the code. I do have a 2.5 magnaflow cat, and a 2.5 Ebay cheapy exhaust, Bosal header and AEM CAI. Think I have too big of exhaust?? I have no idea!!!
Thanx for any help!

EVAP is the box with a bunch of hoses that is behind the passanger side of the front bumper. Its probably a vac problem of some kind. Listen for some vacume leaks.

Yeah, I have removed the box once before and replaced a few of the cracked hoses. but no noises of a Vac leak anywhere. Think this could be something with the fuel pump going out?

CEL31 has been my co-pilot for over 5 years now. I haven't been able to get rid of it. I've replaced the vac lines and evap purge solenoid, leading me to believe it's either the canister or roll over valve on top of the gas tank. I hear the latter is a common culprit. I'm just not in the mood to drop the gas tank without a lift to f with it.

Good luck and let us know what you come up with. :thumb:

There's a couple of links for you that may help out. I've written a ton of replies to evaporative emissions related codes. I've been working for various chrysler dealerships now for 7 years and we address Evap codes all day long. There's a few threads with links to other threads as well so you may have a bit of digging to do BUT I feel as though you may find the info helpful. If not, just post in this thead and I'll see if I can help or find you some help.
