So I've been doing a BLT on my car about every weekend trying to find the leak. It's really small because I have no problems while driving besides when I accelerate really fast and the boost gets up to the max psi the engine will kind of sputter/stall for about a second and keep doing that 3-4 times then it evens out and it's fine. So I'm pretty sure this is being caused by the leak since the car acted the same way when I had a hole in my intercooler. So anyways I was checking around again this weekend and I noticed that when I pushed down on the spring connected to the throttle the leak stopped. So my question: is air supposed to be coming out of the throttle body area anywhere? I don't think it's supposed to but that's just my guess. Oh plus there's another smaller leak than that somewhere that I have to pinpoint, i know it's somewhere near the air intake housing section but that's not a biggy. I can find that later. I'm just concerned about the throttle thing. So yeah thanks for looking and your help :)

Your talking about the spring your throttle cable attaches to? If that's the area, more than likely its your throttle body shaft seals. If you grab the actual throttle can you feel any play? (up and down or in and out, no difference)

Mine are leaking right now and I hear its a relatively easy rebuild... Im just waiting on mine for some reason, unknown to me.

Something you can do is use a spray can with carb cleaner or something similar in flammability (NOT ether) Let the car run at an idle because your under vaccum. Then if you spray the troubling leak the engine idle will change because it will suck it in and presto theres the leak. The good thing is keep a rag with you and clean as you go. Also check vaccum lines too. +1 on the TB seals vinnio

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. And no i don't feel any movement besides the normal twist the throttle makes. Do you think you could tell me how to replace those seals? That'd be awesome and I think I'll try what you suggested 2slow4now. Thanks for your guy's input :)
