am i running atleast a high 13?

ok so im pulling on 14.4-14.6 cars by like 3 or 4 cars.at like 105.should i run better times than my previous `15.0.fully stock?? my mods are upper intercooler pipe..open down pipe boost gauge and stock wastegate pressure at 13-14psi with a crazy boost creep to 16-17psi only in certain gears..oh and my car is fwd with a pretty bad wheel hop

ok you need to find a way to get rid of wheel hop like motor mounts is a good start and stiff springs has worked in some cases. you should deffinately run faster then a 15.0 with a intake exhuast and bolt ons. you can always get a boost controler and turn your boost up a little as wheel make some more power. faster times. but deffinatly you should run fasdter times then before. every little mod helps out in one way or another

To run high 13's you'll want to install a K&N filter, and do the air box mod listed on the vfaq website (VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions), I see in your profile that you have a 6 puck clutch (I'm assuming that replaced the slipping clutch in your signature), take it easy on the launch or you'll blow the tires off and get some pretty nasty wheel hop (which you mentioned). A set of prothane motor mount inserts with help with that. Also if you car hops badly, it's more then likely that your front struts need to be replaced. Have you done all the mantaince on your car already? How are the plugs and wires? Have you checked your base timing and performed a boost leak test lately? What are your compression numbers like? There are many things that need to be done before you just "go run XXX time at the track"....

yea polys are my next mod.im pushing 150 all across and factory compression on stock motors are 164 from what ive read.yea i change my plugs every month to be on the safe side i got some 10mm spark plug wires.it hooks up good in second from a 5k launch.wheel hop only occurs when i bog the launce.my goal is to run a 13.for now..my boost is up at 14 of wastegate pressure..6 puck has 800 miles on it and grabs great.what good back struts could i get?? ppl tell me i drag the back end pretty bad on a launch.im also creeeping boost to 16-17 every now and then. the airbox mod was the first thing i did
