am i boosting like i should?

alright i get insurance on my car soon woohoo imma beat on it for a while then rebuild it all. so before i do mbc and and a little fun i think i have a little problem. When i do my blt it holds the air for maybe 5 seconds. and ive fixed all the ones in the injectors, Intake, tb. so im left to thinking waist gate, smic, or bov? heres a video of my car making boost. well its trying too.

i rebuilt the turbo, theres no shaft play, i rebuilt it cause the o-ring inside was bad and was causing smoke. and now i know my valve seals are also bad

so it seems like it hold only 5 psi of boost? are you on the stock boost controller still? maybe your wastegate is going bad.... if you did a boost leak test and fix all the boost leak....

yeha i fixed them all. 1st gear i get no boost, 2nd i get about 5ish and 3rd-5th i get 9psi.

Check your wastegate actuator arm to make sure it's still on the turbo, and check around your flapper for cracks. Do you have any big exhaust leaks? I had an issue similar to this when my turbo was separating from my exhaust manifold as well.
