Alright, went to replace my alternator but the nut at the end of the long bolt (the long bolt which goes through the back of the alternator) is allllll stripped to hell and is not budging. Anyone have experience with this and can tell me how the hell to get it off?

Get a set of those nut extractors from sears for rounded nuts. They work great. When you get ready to do it take a small torch and heat the nut up glowing red and jam the socket on and twist. The other option if you can get down in there would be to use a cutting tool of some kind to split the nut. Hope this helps some. Travis
