ok, my car has been dying on me lately and when I jump it, it will run and start as long as I don't leave it setting for a long time like over night. Anyways, i took it to autozone and they tested the battery and they said it was fine and then the alternator and it tested at 11.5v at 2000 RPM so they said it was a bad alternator. So......I need to take it off and I have no ramps, only a jack and a handful of tools. I need this fixed before the weekend so I can enjoy the lake and the hot chicks, so help me out here!
Is it really the alternator or could it be something else?
How easy/hard is it to take it off?
Whats the best/quickest way to take it off?
