2G Alternator belt tensioner - missing parts?

I bought a '97 TSi a few months ago, and last week after noticing a belt squeal on startup for about 10 secs, I saw that the bolt for the alternator belt tensioner had backed all the way out and the adjuster was hanging on the fenderwell. I can't see how it goes back in there, I think I am missing a piece. Can someone please, please post a picture of their alternator/adjuster assy so I can see if I am missing a piece or not? I have searched everywhere for some type of info, and can't seem to find anything. Thanks in advance for your help.

The only pieces I have are the adjuster bolt, lock bolt, and the triangular aluminum piece that the bolts go through. What does the adjuster bolt actually push on to add tension for the belt? I don't see anything that the bolt would sit on like the A/C belt tensioner does. Is it the same setup or is it something else I am missing? I hope someone can answer my questions, or send a picture. Thanks again.

If you scroll down about half way there is a picture of the tensioner bracket and just below is a couple of pics of how it is installed in the car. The bolt that does the adjusting doesn't push but rather pulls the alternator towards the end of the bracket. Then the bolt that goes through the slot in the bracket into the alternator is what locks it down to keep it from popping out of place.
