I have my alarm 90% in but im having a problem :( the alarm wont arm or disarm with the keychain clicker, it does not respond to any commands from it. I have not installed this one step

"Manual Arm input"
This wire will arm the security system whan a postive or negative pulse is applied to it from an external device
&
"Manual Disarm input"
This wire will disarm the security system when a Positive or negative pulse is applied from an external device.

I also didnt hook up
"Instant trigger input"
This wire is a ground input for an external sensor or secondary pin switch
"Ground when armed output"
This wire will show ground when the system is armed

Must i connect any of these wires, if so were do they go. The alarm is codealarm425
Again im getting no response from my clicker, when i turn it on, it automatically arms itself and if i tap it the alarm goes off and will not stfu cause the clicker is not working :(

no and figure out why the clicker aint working... or get a new one, or check in the owners man for how to reprogram the alarm to a remote and try reprograming it, and make sure it has a baterie and the antenna wire aint damaged.

wow that information didnt help me at all. Please respond if you actually know what your talking about, i need help, not bs

umm that is basic t/s... Sorry for mocking your "clicker" term with bad writing

In plain english

1 replace the battery in the remote.
2 use the instructions in the alrm install booklet for "adding a remote" to reprogram it to the brain.. sometimes the remote in the package doesn't match the brain
3 Try another remote

4 if nothing works replace the brain.
