i had an alarm installed awhile ago, and then my doorlock relays started cycling while i was driving. i took the car back to cartoys and after looking at it, they told me that the problem was that the doorlock wire was loose going into the harness under the dash, but it wasnt their fault  . the guy who inspected the wiring said he temporarily fixed it, but in order to fully fix it, he would have to bypass the harness, and they werent going to do it for free. i had to bring it in again and be charged $60 per hour.
ive been driving it for about a month with no problems, but just recently they started cycling again.
does anybody know what color wire they are talking about? he showed me, and stupid me, i just took a mental note of it. when the problem subsided, i dumped it.
thanks

What form of Alarm do you have? What brand? different alarms have different set ups.

according to cartoys, its not any wire from the alarm, its the stock doorlock wire going into the stock plug harness under the dash. its the wire in the plug that is loose....according to them. how the wire magically got loosened after they installed the alarm, i just dont know.
