Does anybody know the equation, or if there is one, or a way to convert mas frequency(hz) to air flow in lbs/min..

Unfortunately, the Karman Hz frequency to Airflow relationship is non-linear and is also affected by temperature and ATM pressure. Your ECU has an internal calculator that reads these three factors to determine actual airflow.
