So I got a new exhaust manifold off ebay. It looks great and everything and works, but I'm having an issue tightening this bolt/nut down.
I had to feed the bolt in from the bottom to make a stud for the nut on top. Whoever made this manifold didn't think of how "fun" it is to bolt it on with the runners going straight over this hole, giving you about half an inch of room. and no room on the sides. Well I have a boost leak because I can't get this tightened down.
I can't fit a wrench OR a socket in there. I'm about to give up hope and probably cut this support bracket that runs right next to this nut. My only last option before that as of now is this:
Is there a wrench that doesn't have such a wide tooth so I can fit it in there? I have standard 17mm wrenches that fit it, but the teeth are too wide so I can't fit in between.
Pics attached to help show what I'm talking about. V<V
