After upgradin turbo boost controler wont work?

Ok, well heres the deal.... i upgraded my turbo on a 98 awd....to a ported big 16G....well when i put the boost conroller on it works by connection one to the wastegate and the other taped in to the vaccum line that goes from the top of my BOV to the throttle body...... BUT when i put in a intake.... with that hook up the boost controller works ZERO and the turbo just goes into like unlimpted boost..... i have a manual boost controler with just a screw top one line goin down, the other goin diagnoal.... what should i do????

Maybe you got it backwards or your screw is too far in? Play with it and see what happens.

so im a little unclear. It works with it t-ed into the bov vacuum line and to wastegate but doesn't work when you put the vacuum onto the intake?

Did you have it hooked up before the install.

Make sure it is open like said before. You may have something wrong with your wastegate actuator. The only way a controller would cause this problem is if it is clogged (hook the controller up so you can feel if your getting suction from the outlet side of it) or if its closed all the way.

yeah MBC's dont work when they are tied into the intake. make sure its tight and on the line that goes from the bov to the TB

the reason for this is because the intake is always varying in pressure and the TB is always contant with the turbo
