Ok i know how to hook it up. But what do i do with the hoses i unpluged.

The stock system should have lines running from a boost source to the boost control solenoid and the wastegate. Unplug everything from the BCS and leave it chillin' there by itself. You should never have to touch it again. Then just hook up the MBC between the boost source and the wastegate.

Ok i know how to hook it up. But what do i do with the hoses i unpluged.

If you've hooked it up correctly, you shouldn't have to plug and hoses except for the little fitting near the mas for the BCS return. In nother words, do not use the BOV line as your source even if the directions tell you so.
