Ok i know how to hook it up. But what do i do with the hoses i unpluged.

Unplug everything from the BCS and leave it chillin' there by itself. You should never have to touch it again. Then just hook up the MBC between the boost source and the wastegate.
If you've hooked it up correctly, you shouldn't have to plug and hoses except for the little fitting near the mas for the BCS return.
