Hey guys, I thought I saw a thread on this a while back but can't seem to find it so I'll just ask the question and if anyone can find the thread send me the link. When I start my car my wideband reads in the 14's and slowly starts to rise up to 17 and 18. On link all my other numbers seem to be good unless I am completely missing something (I will post a log tommorrow). I have double checked everything, unplugged and plug everything back in. So I guess I'm asking if my sensor could be bad even though its new or where should I start digging now? Any input appreciated. Thanks

Be sure you don't have an exhaust leak because at idle my tsi would lean out. Later I found a small leak coming out of one of the welds of my downpipe. Just throwing it out there before replacing the sensor but be sure to test it though.

Same thing happened to me when i had an ebay exhaust manifold. It cracked pretty bad on the turbo flange and it would do the same thing.

Are you recirculating your BOV?

i know i had mine venting to atmosphere and had the idle air clamp in link on and it would randomly run lean at idle

so i recirculated the bov and turned idle clamp off and idles fine now at about 14.5

when i start my car up the wideband reads 15,16.5,17, whenever the cars warms up it steadys at like 14.5,15.
