2G AEM WB UEGO w/ V3

A simple answer, but I can't find a definite one. I'm reading that of the 4 wires from AEM's uego wb, you wire the white wire into pin #75 for the rear O2. Am I splicing in the white wire from the gauge or am I completely replacing the wire to the rear O2 sensor with the gauge wire?
MS Paint FTW. Which diagram is correct?

You would leave the O2 sensor disconnected.
