AEM install on 2G what sensors do I need?

Hi guys, Im about to install my AEM EMS into my 2G. What sensors among other things do I need for the install and for it to work properly? I believe I need an air intake temp. sensor, and a 3bar map sensor. Correct me please. Thanks

Yes you need the map sensor but it can be whatever size you want 3-5 bar. And a air intake temp sensor that you put in somewhere on the cold side of your intercooler piping. both are easy to locate at a parts store or the dealer.

What do i wire the air intake temp sensor into?

Wiring in a new IAT sensor


Its thread is 3/8 NPT and connects to the IAT wires in the MAF sensor connector.

Black, pin#6 on MAF connector (Ground)
Red-Blue, pin#5 on MAF connector (IAT Signal)

You also need a wideband, tuning a standalone system without one is almost impossible.
