AEM AEM EMS V1 no spark injector signal issue

Need a bit of help with troubleshooting AEM EMS V1 1.19 firmware on a fuel injector no firing issue. The entire car is brand new including all the wiring harness. High impedence 2200's with resistor pack delete plug, noid light show no fire on all 4 injectors while cranking.

Kiggly 12-tooth V1 crank sensor, 1990 CAS with modified trigger wheel; followed Kevin Kwiatkowski's trigger instructions and parameters for AEM EMS V1.

I am not sure if I am dealing with a bad cam/crank sensor or if its a wiring issue, or simply a tune issue. What tests can I do for ruling out a cam or crank sensor causing the no fire of the injectors? Is there a way to test fire each injector in AEM EMS?

A noid light test was showing no fuel during cranking but the pulsewidth was so short that it didn't register on the noid light. Plugs had fuel on them. I did a coil light test and found all 4 coils were not firing, and ended up finding a faulty Dynatec ARC2 ignition box. I tested the box and it didn't start my race car, I used my known good ARC2 box from my race car and the customer car fired up.
