I just bought a 95 TSi AWD. Came with a free bodykit, but not bolted on yet. I am looking for good cheap add-ons for the momment, which would also make it a sleeper. Any and all advice will help.

sorry man, im not tryin to be a dick or nothing, but everybody is gonna tell u to just go to the tech page and follow the guide there. but the few that i can think of are to change out ur t-25 turbo to a 14b at least for now. u will have to also buy a 2g install kit for ur 14b turbo to bolt up. or u can check around and see if anyone knows how to do the ghetto install kit for u. it consists of bending some wire and using the same stock parts that are there, or something similar to that. dont quote me on it cause i've just heard about that way not too long ago and am still trying to learn about that way. i would also say do a full turbo back exhaust, it's not really cheap(to me) but it will at least make u feel good about ur car while it's sorta stock. i have the apexi n1 3" full turbo back exhaust and i feel good about it whenever my car is running. thats hardly ever, but back on topic. i would say get some new tires if u need em. oh yea, get some gauges for ur boost at least. clean out ur side mount intercooler. there's also a write up on how to do that. most of this info can be found at vfaq.com and also on here if u search hard enough. and thats about all i can think of though for the moment. but like i said, get ready for the 'why dont u just use the search button question/beating, cause it's coming

Sell the body kit, use those funds to buy a new UPIC, 1g BOV, then get a open element air filter, get a cat back exhaust, get autometer boost gauge. That will net you some nice gains, oh ya even a MBC.

If you are going for the sleeper look, the kit has to go. With your car being 10 years old id check up on performed maintenance before you mod it. You'll pay for it in the long run otherwise. Check your timing belt? Plugs? Wires? Fuel filter? Oil change? Trans fluid? Diff fluid? etc...

If thats all good i would start with a 14b swap, full exhaust, along with a boost controller set to 14 or 15 psi until your fuel mods are done. Make sure to have proper gauges for monitoring it. Once you get going into modding, get some injectors, logger, fuel pump, etc. Follow the guide on the site. Its a good guide.

I figured there was a link for a Mods list, but Id rather get some input before that. The engines has all new belts and fluids and plugs, so I think Im good to go with anything.
